Waiting, I clutched my bags impatiently watching other people coming in and out of the rest -room, heading to their trains. Babies cried, children fought, screamed and shouted over toys or strange objects.
Two long hours later, my train was called out. Running, I quickly rushed over to the doors, but then I stopped, the world stopped. I had never seen a train before, it was beautiful! The chimney blew out clouds of steam and smoke. As the conductor blew the train’s whistle, the noise was SO loud it took me out of my daze, shaking my head I walked over to the beautiful beast.
